Uploading of any document by the User shall be tantamount to consent on part of the User to allow app to save these documents on its backend servers for simplifying access and availability of these documents for the User on the App. This Application undertakes to maintain the privacy of these documents under all reasonable circumstances within its control and shall not share any of these uploaded documents with any third party without the consent of the User.
The app does use third-party services that may collect Non-Personal information of the User or data that is publicly available from multiple channels. The User undertakes to agree to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the App.

By accessing this app, the User agrees that RTO: Vehicle & Challan Info will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, of any nature whatsoever, arising from the use or inability to use the website/app and from the material contained in this App or in any link thereof. The use of the App or any incidental issue that may arise shall be strictly governed by the laws in force in India and by using this App the User submits himself/herself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/New Delhi.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from RTO: Vehicle & Challan Info servers.
